The American Gem Trade Association (AGTA) has appointed Adam Graham as its marketing manager. Graham has previously served as vice president with the Rapaport Group and marketing director for the American Gem Society. He most recently was employed by Saks Fifth Avenue as a fine jewellery manager.
Douglas Hucker, AGTA’s CEO said, “His (Graham‘s) experience and knowledge in the jewellery industry will have a great impact in our mission to increase appreciation and demand of colored gemstones and pearls within the trade and to the consumer.”
Meanwhile, AGTA also said that the next edition of its GemFair Tucson is slated to be held from 4-9 February.
Founded in 1981, AGTA strives to further the interests of natural colored gemstone, pearl and cultured pearl industries in United States and Canada.
