Gitanjali's net profit up by 15%

Gitanjali Gems Ltd reported 15% increase in its net profit in the first quarter.

The profits increased to Rs41.77cr for the first quarter as compared to the the same period previous year.
Company's revenue grew by 27% to Rs1,219.23cr as against the last fiscal.

The company’s reported a marginal decline in its net profit margin from 3.74% last year to 3.42% in the current fiscal.

Gitanjali Gems Ltd is India's largest fully integerated diamond and jewellery manufacturing company. It owns various well-known jewellery brands like, Gili, D'damas, Asmi, Sangini, and Nakshatra.
